Three weeks writing a bid
you cannot win.

That is the ordinary cost of skipping the first decision. If the worksheet comes back no bid, we say no bid, and we do not take the engagement.

Phase 01

The requirement lands

An office publishes a need. Most firms see it too late, read it as a sales lead, and start writing before anyone has asked whether they can win it.

Phase 02

We screen it first

Six weighted conditions decide go or no go. Fit is scored before a document opens. Most opportunities die here, and that is the point.

Phase 03

The team gets built

We find the firm that can actually perform the scope, qualify it, and fix the split in writing. No partner name goes on a bid without agreement.

Phase 04

One party is accountable

We hold the contract. Modifications, invoicing, reporting and delivery run through us, so the performer is not learning the system mid-contract.

Instrument

Bid fit
worksheet

Six conditions, weighted by how hard each is to fix once the solicitation drops. Mark what is true for the opportunity in front of you.

Past performance and staffing carry the most weight because they are the two things you cannot fix after release. A screening heuristic, not a probability model. Nothing you mark leaves your browser.

Scope

Any sector

Contracting is a separate trade from the thing being bought. It reads the same against a software build, a roof replacement and a freight contract. The sector changes. The process does not.

SAM.gov registration is in progress. UEI, CAGE and registered NAICS codes will be posted here once assigned. We represent no registration status we do not hold, and claim no past performance prior to award.

Performers

You do the work. We carry the contracting.

  • 01Fit scored before we commit you to a bid
  • 02Written teaming agreements, defined scope, defined split
  • 03Proposal development and compliance work carried by us
  • 04Prompt payment terms flowed down, not held against you
Terms

Fixed before bid

Term A

Scope in writing first

Every teaming agreement defines the work split, the deliverables and who signs for them before submission. Nothing is settled after award.

Term B

No capability we cannot staff

We do not represent capability no one on the team performs, and we do not put a partner name on a bid they have not agreed to in writing.

Term C

Payment flowed down

Subcontractor payment terms mirror the prime terms. Your invoice is not held to finance our cash position.
